Golf’s Hottest WAGS for 2015

Being a successful golfer involves having a great eye to track shots off the tee, size up a chip shot, and read the subtle breaks on the green.  Given all of the hot WAGS popping up on the PGA TOUR lately it’s rather apparent that this level of keen vision also comes in handy when picking out a lady friend.

It seems that golf fans are becoming just as anxious about scoring a post-win glimpse of the hottest WAGS in golf as they are seeing their favorite player drop a putt on the 72nd hole.  So with that said, here are a few of 2015’s hottest WAGS that have fans rooting extra harder for their man.

Ellie Day

Ellie Day recently became the wife of a major winner after hubby Jason finally earned his first at the 2015 PGA Championship.  While Jason may be from the Land Down Under, Mrs. Day is a small town Ohio girl who met Jason while waiting tables at a diner before being set up a few years later by the Aussie’s caddie.  Nice tip on that one.

Alexis Randock

This beautiful brunette by his side is becoming just as much of a Rickie Fowler trademark as his orange Puma pants.  The Twitter world was set abuzz after Fowler’s win at TPC Sawgrass as every body wondered who the babe in the yellow halter top and jean shorts not usually seen at your local country club.  Rumors have been popping up that Rickie and Alexis have decided to split, but until that’s confirmed all we can say is that Rickie is one #luckydude.

Alli MacKenzie

This former FHM model is married to 2-time PGA winner Will MacKenzie and rumored to have spent time with another PGA golfer who is engaged to the daughter of the greatest hockey player of all time (more on that in a minute).  Alli is also part of a group of PGA TOUR wives bringing a reality show to life showing the lives of Tour players off the course.  You can be sure we’ll be tuning in if the show ever makes it to air.

Jillian Stacey

Everybody remembers Keegan Bradley and Phil Mickelson rowdily high-fiving and yelling into the crowd at the 2012 Ryder Cup and that’s probably a similar experience to what Bradley does each morning when he rolls over and sees his girlfriend (now fiance) Jillian Stacey.  The long-time golf couple announced their engagement in September of 2015.

Erica Stroll

In the year after he broke off his engagement with Caroline Wozniacki, Rory McIlroy enjoyed 7 tournament wins (2 majors) and 4 runner-up finishes.  It’s reported that Rory has since moved on and is currently dating Erica Stroll, who also happens to be the manager of Championship Volunteer Operations for the PGA.  Erica first met Rory back in 2012 when she scrambled to organize his police escort to the 2012 Ryder Cup after Rory famously overslept and almost missed the event.  She’ll surely be leery of a breakup call if McIlroy starts slumping.

Nicole Willett

Danny Willett is a stalwart on the European Tour but many fans are also starting to take notice of him in the States, not only for golf skills but also for his blonde bombshell wife Nicole.  Willett celebrated his first professional win at the 2012 BMW International Open by proposing to Nicole and of course she said “yes.”

Melissa Weber Jones

2009’s Miss Idaho, Melissa Weber Jones, definitely has the potatoes to prove it.  Melissa is another of the Tour wives (along with Alli MacKenzie) developing a reality TV show about their lives but until then here’s hoping her husband Matt is in contention on Sundays just so we can get a glimpse.

Katharina Boehm

Sergio Garcia has seen his share of disappointments on the course but such is not the case off the greens as evidenced by his beautiful girlfriend Katharina Boehm.  At 10 years his junior Boehm is credited for giving Garcia much of his golfing renaissance of late and being a former golfer herself (at the College of Charleston) maybe she can give him some putting tips as well.

Paulina Gretzky

The model/singer/celebutante/fiance of Dustin Johnson has seemingly given up her notoriously partying ways in lieu of motherhood…well that was until pictures of her in a thong on a yacht surfaced over the weekend of the PGA Championship.  If that’s how she celebrates blown leads then here’s hoping DJ keeps tripping up on Sundays.

Annie Verret

Annie is the ‘first lady’ of golf now that her man Jordan Spieth has taken over the World #1 ranking but perhaps even more importantly Verret and Spieth have a sweetheart story, meeting as teens and staying together through the golfer’s rise to fame.  Some players ditch their girls from back home when they make it big but Spieth famously even turned down a date with Kendall Jenner because his loyalty to Annie.
