Fiery Letter Submitted as LIV Golfers Threaten Legal Action!
The division between professional Tours deepens once again, as golfers like Ian Poulter and Lee Westwood threaten legal action against the DP World Tour.
After being faced with bans from the Scottish Open and subsequently fined £100,000 each, 16 LIV players have come together to form a fiery letter, sources at the Telegraph state.
The wording of the letter lays out that there will be ‘adverse consequences on the DP World Tour.’ There was a deadline, with the request of rescinding fines and bans dished out by the DPWT by Friday 5pm.
The second act in this crazy movie is unfolding. How very mysterious.

The letter was critical of the DP World Tour’s strengthened link with the PGA Tour, announced earlier this week. The fiery language within the letter went on to say that the DP World Tour has been solidified as ‘second fiddle’ to the PGA Tour. The conclusion of the letter asked whether the collaboration between the DP and PGA Tours would even be happening without the introduction of the LIV Golf Series.
It is a valid point, and the letter will surely bring out a response shortly!
