Phil Mickelson Gets Heckled At Bedminster LIV Event

Once beloved in the Tri-State area, and seemingly worldwide, Phil Mickelson found himself on the receiving end of a vicious heckler at the LIV Golf event in Bedminster, New Jersey this past weekend. Video captured the moment, which was seemingly planned in advance due to the positioned camera and enthusiastic vocals.

Just three years ago at the 2019 PGA Championship at Bethpage Black, Phil was as embraced as ever. The excitement from the fans was met with numerous thumbs up from Mickelson. Fans obliged with cheers from the raucous New York crowd.

Mickelson finished the weekend in 35th place. Since headlining the Forbes list of 2022 highest paid golfers of 2022 at number one, his play has not lived up in comparison to the massive sums of money Phil has secured.
