10 Best Golf Celebration Dances

With the hype of the Super Bowl around the corner I wanted to explore the “end zone” dances in the world of golf.

However, in the prim and proper world of golf, we don’t often see golfers in their plaid pants breaking into the Macarena when they sink a 30 foot putt.  There are many unforgettable moments on the golf course that are honorably held together.  Golfers keep that straight face and will nod their head up and down.  They may simply tip their cap like Phil, or maybe point to their caddie and give a little fist pump; but that’s as far as they take it.

But on the inside we know their thinking, ‘hell yea!’  When we make that great shot or get out from behind a tree, we feel there is serious cause for celebration.  We’ve all been there….I hope.  But we might not keep it as cool as the pros do.

In other sports, like football, baseball, and basketball it’s much more acceptable to get down, let loose and shake it up with a victorious ‘booty shake’.  I mean come on,  players are known for their touchdown dances like Cam Newton’s ‘Dab’ to Victor Cruz’s salsa dance.  

I found some rare moments where our straight edged golfers put down their club and broke into their well deserved happy dance.
