Jack Nicklaus Gets Asked for ID at Augusta

Yesterday Jack Nicklaus posted a nice behind-the-scenes video as he pulled through the gates of Augusta and up Magnolia Lane.

As Jack initially pulls through the gate, the first set of security clearly knows who he is, with head of security telling Jack he’s been waiting for him to arrive.

The second and third security guards…not so much.

I think the second guard’s reaction to seeing Jack’s ID is my favorite part of the video. He’s totally star struck and apparently can only say “welcome” over and over again.

The third guy has a similar reaction once he realizes who is in the driver’s seat.

Also, how nice of a guy is Jack Nicklaus?
