NEWS: Dustin Johnson Sells Gorgeous $16.5 Million Palm Beach Garden Estate
This week, World No. 1 Dustin Johnson scored big on the sale of his South Florida mansion.
Johnson, who bought the massive 13,293-square-foot mansion back in 2015 for just $5 million, reportedly sold it for $16.5 million.
Though DJ is definitely not strapped for cash, the sale of his gorgeous Palm Beach Garden estate netted him a pretty penny; Johnson gained over $11 million by selling the seven bedroom, eighth bathroom house. Obviously that isn’t taking into account renovations, realtor fees, etc, but still, the initial $5 million investment obviously paid off well for the World No. 1 golfer.

While the name of the buyer has not been released, it’s easy to see why anyone would want to buy the luxury South Florida property; it’s just absolutely stunning.
The home features a private boat dock (with a mini private island), a two bedroom guest house, a 10-foot deep pool and naturally, a putting and chipping green. A large 4 car garage completes the luxurious spread of amenities and accommodations.
Johnson, who according to ESPN has career earnings totalling more than $71 million, is not necessarily in the market for a new property immediately. Johnson still owns another estate in North Palm Beach.
DJ looks to add to his career earnings this upcoming week at Augusta.
