How to Hit A Golf Ball Below Your Feet
In this video, Peter Morrice, Senior Editor of Golf Digest, discusses Butch Harmon’s tips for a few minor adaptations you can make when attempting to hit a golf ball below your feet.
Keep these main points in mind when addressing this type of shot:
1.) Shift your center of gravity backwards a bit to counteract your natural tendency to fall forward.
2.) Widen your stance a bit. This will help improve your balance and provide greater reach down towards the ball.
3.) Aim slightly left to prevent the natural flight path from drifting too far to the right.
