Report: David Feherty to Join LIV Golf Tour Broadcasts
LIV Golf CEO Greg Norman promised more announcements after the Open Championship wrapped up, and while rumors are persisting about several golfers—including Open champion Cameron Smith and Ryder Cup captain Henrik Stenson—the New York Post is reporting that commentator David Feherty will be joining the new league.

Feherty, who has 11 pro golf wins to his credit and a best finish in a major of fourth at the 1994 Open Championship, was with NBC for the past seven years after spending nearly 20 years as an analyst with CBS. He also hosted a show called “Feherty” on Golf Channel.
LIV Golf, which doesn’t have a television outlet in the U.S. at this point and has been airing tournaments on YouTube, has former NBC soccer play-by-play man Arlo White as its main broadcast voice, and TNT basketball analyst Charles Barkley said that he would be talking with LIV Golf reps about being a part of its broadcast as well.
While no announcements were made official on Monday, several are expected to come as early as Tuesday.
