If you’ve played golf long enough, you’ve probably run into several unique obstructions on the course.

Golfers in Florida may have to deal with an alligator here and there, but a group at the Del Tura Golf & Country Club in Fort Myers on Thursday has quite the story to tell.

A small plane made an emergency landing right on the ninth green as the group approached on their carts.

The pilot was the only person on the aircraft and reported engine trouble, so he touched down on a long stretch of grass.

Once the pilot emerged unscathed, the golfers then turned their concern back to their round.

They helped out the pilot to get the plane off the green to finish their hole.

True dedication by this set of golfers and an all-time tale to tell at the 19th hole for years to come!
