Brooks Koepka’s Smash GC Teases Newest Team Member
Smash Golf Club of LIV Golf, the team captained by five-time Major Champion Brooks Koepka, has teased its newest team member, who it will formally announce tomorrow.
Smash GC consists of Brooks Koepka, Jason Kokrak, Chase Koepka, and, formerly, Matthew Wolff. Wolff was ousted by Koepka on several occassions, before finally being given the boot for good by Brooks late in the LIV Golf season.
Koepka made it clear that Wolff did not fit in with the team culture, and Smash would go into the 2024 season looking for a new member.
The team officially announced that it would reveal its fourth team member on Tuesday, November 28:

There are plenty of potential players that could join Smash GC, one of the most prominent names however seems to be Graeme McDowell, who left Martin Kaymer’s Cleeks GC.
There are also, of course, people saying that the new member could be Jon Rahm after rumors of the Spaniard leaving the PGA Tour started circulating last week.
Rahm’s tenacity on the course would make him an ideal member of Smash as it aligns with what Koepka wants the club’s culture to be. There are also other PGA Tour members whose names have been mentioned, including Tony Finau and Xander Schauffele.
Chase Koepka, Brooks’ brother who is on the team, was relegated from LIV this past season.
