The PGA Championship is the second Major of the year, and players have been arriving at Valhalla Golf Club in Kentucky ahead of the event to prepare.

Over the weekend, several prevalent names arrived on site in hopes of grasping the Wanamaker Trophy, as the tournament will kick off this Thursday, May 16.

Of those who arrived for early preparations were Tiger Woods and Justin Thomas, both past winners of the Wanamaker, Woods on four occasions, Thomas on two:

Woods is surprisingly in the top half of the field in terms of odds, according to CBS Sports, which has him at +12500, the same as Rickie Fowler, Sergio Garcia, Chris Kirk, and Corey Conners, among others.

The Masters in mid-April was the last time we saw Woods out on the course as he made the cut but finished last at Augusta.

Justin Thomas, who has both of his Major Championship victories coming at this event, is a longshot at +4000. However, Thomas was at Valhalla several times over the past few months, including a final preparation round before PGA Championship week less than five days ago:

The PGA Championship starts this week on Thursday. Defending Champion Brooks Koepka will look to win his fourth Wanamaker this week.

When he isn't golfing, he is probably thinking about golfing, but he might be watching other sports, writing, or playing poker.
