This Masters Rookie Might Have Just Ruined Any Chance of Coming Back to Augusta

Masters rookie and amateur Josè Luis Ballester admitted something after his first round at Augusta that might have ruined any chance he has at returning.

Ballester admitted during a post-round presser that he needed to urinate during his round, but no bathrooms were around. Playing partner Justin Thomas was dealing with a rules official on the green, so the delay continued.

It was at this time that Ballester took an opportunity to relieve himself — into Rae’s Creek:

As of now, there is no indication that anyone at the Club has said anything to him about this decision, but we are willing to bet it’s coming. Let’s face facts: Fred Ridley came to Jason Day last year and asked him to change his sweater during the middle of a round.

It’s definitely a bold and surprising decision.
