Golf Club of Houston (GCOH) is widely known as being the feature venue for the Shell Houston Open, a PGA TOUR event held in Texas every spring. Luckily for the grounds crew the damage appears to have been limited to just the 14th green. Regardless, the repairs will be extensive and quite costly to bring the green back to its former Tour-caliber conditions.
GCOH has reported that the green will be closed for a few days while repairs are underway.
