Scary Scene Erupts as Clubhouse Argument Ends in Multiple Deaths

Playing a round of golf can definitely get some people riled up, especially if alcohol is added to the equation. But the argument that happened in a clubhouse in California went farther than anything ever should.

The incident began at the Casa Grande Senior Mobile Estates golf course where one man had a heated confrontation with two other players in the clubhouse. The argument appeared to end when the aggressor left the clubhouse but he later returned with a gun that he used to fatally shoot the two men that he had been seen with earlier.

Believe it or not, the situation got even more hectic once the shooting had ended. Police were dispatched to the clubhouse to apprehend the shooter but once they arrived, there was a home not far from the clubhouse that exploded. This caused a mad scramble of law enforcement to try and make sense out of the two different situations.

The challenge really became figuring out what was happening with the home that had exploded. “All throughout the firefighting challenge, ammunition was cooking off inside 407, so that created a safety hazard for residents, for responding officers and firefighters,” Hansen said. Because of the ammunition that was exploding, investigators were then led to believe that the shooter they were looking for was inside the unit that was on fire.

The assumption of those investigators were unfortunately correct, as the authorities later confirmed that the shooting suspect was found inside the building. Even worse, there were two other victims that were found inside the unit after the fire had been extinguished. That brought the total death toll from this horrifying event to five.

It hasn’t been reported what the argument was about that started this entire scenario but no matter what it was, nothing could justify the shooter’s response. We send all of our thoughts to those affected by this situation.
