MONSTER: Little John Daly Is Already Walking The Walk

Remember when Rory’s dad put down a future bet on his son to win the British open within 10 years? Gerry Mcilroy bet $341 dollars on his son and ended up winning $171,000! Well I need to book a flight to Vegas now to put some money on little John Daly because this kid is going to be a monster!

Everyone remembers what a powerhouse Big John was. In his prime, nobody could touch his long ball. However, so many people forget what touch he had around the green. Daly was a force on the greens and if not for his personal demons he could have been one of the all-time greats.

Not saying he’s not a legend, but he could have easily won more than he did. Over the last few years we have seen Big and Little John compete in these father-son events. Now that he’s 16 years old it’s a matter of time before he finds his way onto a much bigger stage. He’s already walking in putts with confidence like a seasoned pro.

It’s a lot of pressure to put on a kid to reach the level of their parents on such big stage, but it won’t surprise anyone if John Daly 2.0 is making a name for himself on tour in the next 10 years.
