On Episode 28 of the Fitness for the Fairways podcast presented by Golficity, we sat down with William Wayland, a strength coach and the Co-Owner of Powering Through Performance Center.

William, who’s based out of Essex, Englade, works with high-level golfers and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athletes at PTPC and we discussed some of the similarities he sees amongst sports of relatively vast differences. We also spoke about the importance of monitoring sport-specific reps through practice and how they can take a toll on your performance and weight room training.
