SPOTTED: STITCH Golf Camo and Contender Knits
There are several ways to express individualism in golf. Polos with unique colors and patterns, a hat from your favorite course or event, and funky ferrules and grips. But my personal favorite is headcovers.
One of the easiest ways to breathe some life into your bag and spice things up is ditching the iffy quality OEM headcover on your driver, fairway wood, hybrid and putter for something that will protect your gear and, at the same time, advertise who you are as a golfer.
While leather tends to be the more prominent option, there’s undoubtedly an audience who are steadfast knit headcover guys. Unfortunately for them, I don’t think any OEM provides knits with their equipment and, as a result, they’re forced to turn to the aftermarket for options.
STITCH Golf is a personal favorite of mine, and that’s because they make top-tier quality stuff, which is why you can often find it the winner’s bag. See Brooks Koepka, Justin Thomas, Patrick Reed and over 120 other PGA and LPGA professionals.
Their most recent releases, the Camo Knit and Contender Knit headcovers, truly bridges the gap between the traditionalist look of a knit headcover with modern styling.

“Like all STITCH products, these new knit headcovers are designed and engineered to help golfers look their best,” stated Brad King, CEO of STITCH Golf. “By focusing on details, classic designs with a modern twist and premium components we were able to create unparalleled headcovers for the golfing enthusiast.”
The Camo Knit features a navy blue, light blue and white camouflage:

Whereas the Contender Knit is available in Black Heather, Light Blue Heather and Navy Heather.

Both the Camo Knit and Contender Knit are available in Driver, Fairway Wood and Hybrid variants.
Additionally, all of STITCH’s knit headcovers are made with its industry unique Techno Wool material. Techno Wool technically isn’t wool, but instead a 100% acrylic construction that keeps your clubs dry and ensures your knit headcovers won’t stretch and, therefore, stay on. The additional benefits here are that your STITCH knit headcovers also are more durable and will last longer.
Contrary to other knits, the STITCH’s knit headcovers are also machine washable in the event you need to spruce up the hand finished, 3 gauge knit.
