Although you might think that a 14 year old making the cut at a professional tour event is incredible, this is not the first time Chantanauwat has done so. This is the 5th professional tour event he has played in and he has never missed a cut. He is a perfect 5 for 5 on made cuts in Asian Tour events.

The Callaway and Adidas sponsored golfers best finish yet has been 3rd place in the 2022 Singapore International.

Chantanauwat played his Saturday round along side PGA TOUR, DP World Tour and Ryder Cup legend Lee Westwood.

At the time of the cut on Friday, Chantanauwat beat out PGA TOUR stars Paul Casey, Marc Leishman and Victor Perez. He tied with Westwood, Ian Poulter, Sergio Garcia and Tony Finau. And he was beaten out by Xander Schauffele, Patrick Reed, Phil Mickelson and Dustin Johnson.

Chantanauwat won’t turn 15 years old until March and won’t graduate from high school until 2025, three years from now.

The 14 year old is currently the 54th ranked amateur in the world but more impressively, he is ranked 463rd in the Official World Golf Rankings.

Chantanauwat is living every single one of our dreams at just 14 years old and good for him for doing it! He is using his talents to his advantage and who could blame him?

I hope he keeps it up and we see Chantanauwat on the PGA TOUR someday!
