WATCH: Korn Ferry Player Andrew Novak Invites His Puppy to His Post-Round Interview

After shooting an opening round 62 at the Emerald Coast Classic, Andrew Novak celebrated his first round lead by introducing the golf world to his puppy during his post-round presser. 

Despite Novak’s fantastic opening round, Teddy, his 12-week-old Cavapoo definitely stole the spotlight. I mean, just look at how cute he is!

This happened to be Teddy’s first golf tournament, and he showed a lot of poise as he handled the presser with class, in fact, he didn’t seem to show any nerves at all.

Good luck charm? Maybe. But here’s hoping Teddy makes an appearance again today in the second round of Emerald Coast Classic, or better yet, in the winner’s circle at the end of the tournament. Of course, it’s only been one round, but if Novak can keep the lead, he’ll secure just his 2nd ever win on the Korn Ferry Tour.
