I’ve acquired my fair share of training aids. Putting mats, alignment sticks, wrist angle things and so on. At no point did I ever think that there was a training aid sitting next to me in the bathroom.

There is nothing crappy about this drill. It’s so simple yet so effective. I love a training aid that clearly shows what you are doing right or wrong but also works. This drill right here is magical and probably the cheapest training aid on the market am I right?
