It’s PNC Championship week, which over the past two years means a lot more than it did before Tiger Woods started playing in it.

The two day tournament that is part of the PGA TOUR Champions schedule is being played at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando, Florida this Saturday and Sunday the 18th and 19th.

Tee times for the event have not been announced yet but the one thing we do know for sure is that Tiger Woods will be teeing it up at 9 a.m. on Friday in the Pro-Am which Golf Channel will now be covering live.

The field for the event includes Rich and Michael Beem, Nick and Matthew Faldo, Tom and Michael Watson, Henrik and Karl Stenson, Nelly and Petr Korda, Stewart and Reagan Sink, Bubba Watson and Wayne Ball, Tiger and Charlie Woods, Justin and Mike Thomas, Lee and Daniel Trevino, Vijah and Qass Singh, Nick and Greg Price, Gary and Jordan Player, Marc and Shaun O’Meara, Tom and Sean Lehman, Matt and Cameron Kuchar, Padraig and Paddy Harrington, Jim and Tanner Furyk, David and Brady Duval, John Daly and John Daly II.

Justin Thomas and father Mike Thomas will be defending their win in the tournament last year where they beat out Vijah and Qass Singh by one stroke.

With Team Woods taking up most of the spotlight watch out for Team Thomas and Team Daly to be near the top of the leader board.

Team Thomas is the betting favorite and has world number 6 Justin Thomas on the team so it is hard to bet against him. Father Mike Thomas is also a PGA Professional and has proven he is a great player. Team Daly has John II who just finished up his first semester at the University of Arkansas as a member of the golf team.

Who do you think will win this weekend and who are you betting on?
