Allow yourself a giggle at Rory for this effort because he’ll always have the last laugh, going on to win this tournament, the 2011 Honda Classic, wearing this outfit.

Another cowboy when it comes to clothes, Shingo Katayama also favoured the cowboy hat.

It might be my European bias, but this Ryder Cup outfit did not photograph well.
