Zach Johnson Knocks Ball Off The Tee In Unusual Way

Zach Johnson teed up his ball on Friday and backed away to wait for it to be clear for him to hit and get his aim point.

Well when he backed away his small practice swing accidentally knocked the ball off the tee.

There is no penalty for this so Johnson was able to re-tee his ball and head on his way.

This isn’t the first time ZJ has done this so maybe it’s time that he backs off the ball without swinging from now on.

We’ve all done this before while we’re out on the course playing but we don’t see it much on the PGA TOUR. Now, at least when our buddies yell out “1” when you knock the ball off the tee you can feel better knowing you’re not alone and even the worlds best can do it.
