Bubba Watson’s New Watch Costs How Much?

The color pink and Bubba Watson are synonymous with each other. However, this time it isn’t clothes or a driver; it’s a watch made in partnership with Richard Mille. This RM 38-02 Pink Watch has been in the works since 2010.

As Watson describes, the informally dressed Richard Mille approached him, equipped with the tightest jeans Bubba had ever seen! In Bubbaesque-style, all he wanted was a burger and some french fries when Mille had asked him. So they sat down with others to enjoy a meal! Even though Mille didn’t order anything, he scavenged off everyone else for their french fries!

The moment of truth came when Mille first asked Bubba if he could wear a watch while golfing. Bubba wanted it to be pink, but Mille didn’t buy it; he said “No.” Bubba still went through with the original deal to start sporting their watches in 2011 for the french-fry loving CEO.

Year after year, Bubba tried to get the pink watch, but the answer continued to be “No.” 

However, this year Bubba’s wishes came to fruition with the RM 38-02 Pink Watch, with a staggering $980,000 price tag being limited edition (50 watches made).
