A golf course that changes its Par throughout the year? Yes, you heard that correctly, Saxon Woods is a Par 71 in the summer and a Par 72 the rest of the year. But why?

Saxon Woods is a spectacular municipal golf course located in Scarsdale, NY and is part of the Westchester County Parks Department. Designed by Tom Winton and first opened in 1931, Saxon Woods is a modernly renovated course that is very popular for its unique (and challenging) layout.
