Masters Invite Prank Stokes The TOUR-LIV Feud

We still haven’t finished the Arnold Palmer Invitational or even started THE PLAYERS, but it seems that the Masters is already looking to dominated the headlines.

As is tradition, the reigning Masters Champion hosts a dinner the Tuesday night of the Masters week. Menus have ranged from steaks and peach cobbler (Dustin Johnson, 2021) to spanish paella and tres leches cake (Sergio Garcia, 2018). And while the Masters dinner invite is one of the most celebrated traditions in golf, this year’s has a very dark shadow cast over it now that ever Major has decided to allow the LIV players to compete in their events.

Reigning Masters champion Scottie Scheffler, however, thinks was the perfect opportunity to get things really started.

Whether this is actually Scottie’s invite is debatable at best, but kudos to the perfect golf hazing references.
