Tony Finau Spotted Caddying for Sons Hours After Winning PGA Tour’s Mexico Open

The work of a father is never done.

Case in point: Tony Finau on Sunday.

Finau spent the early part of his day posting a bogey-free round while outdueling Masters champion Jon Rahm to win the Mexico Open at Vidanta. It was Finau’s fourth win in his last 18 starts and one spot better than his runner-up finish to Rahm here a year ago.

You could excuse Finau for enjoying the spoils that came with the win and for beating the top-ranked golfer in the world.

But instead, Finau was on the bag at a local par-3 course with his sons, Sage and Jraice.

This video comes from The Lakes Course at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta, which is down the road from where Finau logged his sixth-career PGA Tour win earlier in the day.

While not many dads cash a check for over a million bucks after a day at work, many can relate to Finau punching out and then going off with the kids to help with their sports endeavors.

We’ll see Finau next week at Quail Hollow for the Wells Fargo Championship, which is another Designated Event on the PGA Tour, followed by the PGA Championship that starts on May 18.
