Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy’s TGL has a home, and it’s in the process of being rebuilt.

After the SoFi Center, located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, had a structural failure last November, the start of the TGL and its introductory season was pushed back. The temporary power system that kept the original structure inflated failed overnight, causing a partial deflation.

It then led to an ultimate collapse.

However, the new structure is on the way up and will likely be ready for the first matches, scheduled for January 7, 2025.

TGL's new SoFi Center will seat 1,500 fans and is roughly the size of a football field. It features a 3,000-square-foot screen and a short game complex that also has an adjustable green that can be manipulated with 600 motorized actuators.

The league aims to take advantage of tech to bring a modern take on the game of golf.
