Our Virtual Open Round at Ballyowen Golf Course (VLOG)

It was a no-brainer to get some aerial shots of a course like Ballyowen.  This course always goes down as one of the nicest public courses in the state of NJ; easily top 3 in my opinion.

When the locals here in the Northeast think links golf, they think Ballyowen. And, with round 2 of the 147th Open Championship being played at the very same time we teed it up for our Golficity Virtual Open outing, naturally we wanted to test ourselves with some Carnoustie-type feels.

Our day started out somewhat normal; but then Frank had to leave after the first hole.

In the meantime, Golficity contributor Eric Benzenberg and I finished the round and ended up playing fairly well despite the wind and fescue.
