Tiger’s $20 Million Dollar Home to Come Back to New York Waters
The PGA Championship is a week away and Tiger is already playing mind games with the competition. In a sign of true baller and GOAT status, Tiger has once again brought his massive yacht up from Florida. It’s one thing for the players on tour to have nice cars, privately charted flights and beautiful hotel rooms when going from tournament to tournament. It’s an entirely different thing to have your private Yacht brought up and docked 13 miles away.

This isn’t the first time Tiger has done this. Last year he did the same thing last year for the US open at Shinnecock. It’s no secret Tiger likes to separate himself from fellow competitors, media and fans whenever he can. His yacht is called “Privacy” for a reason. At $20 million dollars and an estimated cost of around $2 million dollars a year to operate, privacy isn’t free.

What does this mean for everyone else? Pretty much nothing but you can expect a handful of players to be asked “did you seem Tigers yacht?”. Just another distraction caused by the Tiger effect. With any luck we will get an amazing Instagram post of Tiger sailing away from Oyster Bay, back turned to the camera, the Wanamaker Trophy to his side, all while wearing his Green Jacket.
