The KING: Arnold Palmer’s Original Pennsylvania Home For Sale
Want to live in the house of the King? Well now you can.
Arnold Palmer is undoubtedly one of golf’s biggest legends, having an involvement in the sport for over 50 years. Fans love to collect Palmer memorabilia but the crowned jewel of Palmer’s possessions is now available.

Palmer is originally from Latrobe, Pennsylvania and his home located in Latrobe has hit the market. The land that it sits on about a half an acre of land and overlooks the Latrobe Country Club, the course that Palmer spent most of his time in the summer. And not only is this Arnie’s house, but it also sits on a road named after him, Legends Way.
Originally, Palmer and his first wife Winnie bought the property back in 1957 and lived there for many years until Palmer also made a home in Orlando, Florida. But even with so much history, the home is actually pretty modern after the current home was constructed in 2006. That home can now be yours for the surprisingly affordable price of $800,000.

The house itself offers some great amenities, featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,956 square feet of living space on a 0.58-acre lot. On top of that, the house also includes fireplaces, a large great room, oak apportionment on the inside, and a large deck that covers a patio. Basically, Palmer’s home is the ideal place for entertaining guests.
The most enticing part of Palmer’s home is that it has played host to so many influential people outside of himself. Just imagine all of the other PGA TOUR legends that visited Palmer over the years, especially with Oakmont being so close. Football fans may even be intrigued, as Palmer often invited Pittsburgh Steelers players over during training camp, which is held at St. Vincent, a college right down the road.
As someone with close ties to Western Pennsylvania, I would love to live in a house with so much history. Unfortunately, I don’t have the funds to make that move so hopefully, a big Arnie fan steps up and takes this home off the market.
