It Took Sixteen Years for Someone to Finally Make this $5,000 Putt

It took SIXTEEN years for somebody to finally hit this putt. Don’t get me wrong this is extremely impressive, but how is the prize only $5,000?

They give out more for full court basketball shots which are MUCH more likely to happen than this. The distance alone is insane, but how about taking into account the factor of the hardwood court or that incline right before the hole?

I think they need to add another zero to the end of that prize and even then I am not sure if $50,000 truly represents how hard it is to hit this shot. But hey, at least then it will pay for a couple semesters of classes instead of barely covering books for a year or two.
