PLAYOFFS | Tiger Woods Commits to the Northern Trust at TPC Boston

After just one week off, Tiger has committed to playing in the Northern Trust at TPC Boston.

Excited to head to Boston for @TheNTGolf and start the #FedExCup Playoffs.

Much of the golf world thought he would be playing the first leg of the FedEx Cup Playoffs, so this news shouldn’t come as a surprise. Tiger has had success at this venue in the past, as he won the 2006 Deutsche Bank Championship.

He had an up-and-down PGA Championship, but the weather in New England this time of year should be more friendly for his back, compared to chilly San Francisco.
