A 14-Year-Old Just Made The Cut On The DP World Tour: Lev Grinberg

A 14 year old just made the cut on The Tour! Lev Grinberg is only five shots off of the lead going into the 3rd round. Coincidentally, the young man has home field advantage being that he is playing his home course, Rinkven International GC. As he alluded to his post-round interview he definitely has the home crowd-support in numbers following him around on the course!

He has the charisma and humbleness of a seasoned vet that is in reach of possibly doing something special this weekend. The young Lev Grinberg is from Ukraine and is no stranger to success.

He nearly qualified for the U.S. Open last year at Torrey Pines shooting a 70 (2-under) in his local qualifier.

Grinberg always sets the bar high himself! He made clear this week that the top 10 is his goal this week at the Soudal Open on the DP World Tour. It will be exciting to see what the young man can do after finishing at -3 the first two-rounds putting him T-29.
