Ged Walters

Ged Walters is a Class AA PGA Teaching Professional, Author and Certified Ping Club Fitter. An accomplished Instructor in all aspects of the game of golf after serving his apprenticeship at Drivetime Golf Range in Warrington under the North West of England’s top Instructor Adrian Fryer. Having graduated with a Merit in his degree in professional golf, Ged built up a large client base whilst in a 2 year spell as the Head Professional at Blundells Hill Golf Club. Ged’s philosophy is friendly, simple to follow and easy to implement for each individual to improve their golf. In July 2013 Ged Joined the Academy at Trafford Golf Centre were his unique ability to help his clients feel relaxed and at home in the teaching bay coupled with his constant desire to evolve as a coach and help each and every client become the best golfer they can be, has helped him to build a large client base in a very short space of time. This philosophy has led to Ged working with a number of top local, National and International Instructors including Jeff Ritter, one of the most prominent Golf Instructors in America. In October 2013 Ged launched his own YouTube channel GedWaltersGolf. which broadcasts video golf tips designed to help every level of golfer. Whether you’re a complete beginner, a professional, a right handed or left handed golfer there will be a video tip to help you play better golf.
