BREAKING: Tiger Woods Lands on TGL’s Jupiter Links GC as Player-Owner
It seems like I should go buy a lottery ticket today because just a few hours ago, we noted that trademark filings indicated that the unknown, sixth TGL team could be the Jupiter team owned by Tiger Woods. And whether our article encouraged an early announcement is up for debate, but the bottom line is this: we were right.

Just after 3 p.m. (EST), TGL confirmed that the sixth and final team for the inaugural TGL season will be “Jupiter Golf Links Golf Club,” and will be partially owned by their first confirmed player: Tiger Woods.
For the Tiger faithful, it’s great news to see that Tiger is intending to pick up his clubs and play some competitive golf in the coming weeks. And while many presumed that he would be doing so with Charlie at the PNC Championship (December 14-17), there were no assurances that the GOAT would be playing that soon.
Fortunately, it appears that Tiger isn’t relegating himself to caddie duties and that we’ll be seeing him tee it up on the PGA Tour in 2024. Which leaves one question: who will Joe LaCava caddie for, his new partner Patrick Cantlay or his longtime teammate Tiger Woods?
