Cam Smith and Marc Leishman Prepare for Zurich Classic with Mullet-Inspired Walk-Up Song

Marc and the Mullet might be having too much fun in Louisiana.

Fellow countrymen Cam Smith and Marc Leishman are all paired up and ready to go for the Zurich Classic this week.

Leishman, who was inspired by his teammate’s luscious locks, did a quick Google search in hopes of finding the perfect walk-up song.

The result? A perfectly hilarious, yet fitting song worthy of Smith’s golden mane.

“Back story was Google. Mullet songs,” Leishman said. “I can’t remember who sings it. I should have looked that up. But, yeah, I don’t know, it just sounded like a good ‘you go’ song. It’s pretty funny and very true, particularly in Cam’s case.”

Smith seemed very onboard with the idea of a walk-up song, and was impressed with what his playing partner had come up with.

“It’s actually funny, Leish found this song or looked up a song and he’s already entered it … I didn’t even get a choice,” said Smith to Golfer’s Digest. “So we’re going to be rocking that going to the first tee.”

Smith and Leishman look to pull upon the power of Samson this week, with hopes that maybe, they can get just a hair of an advantage over the rest of the competition.
