Every Golfer’s Nightmare: They Didn’t Yell Fore!

How many times have you been on the course, getting ready to hit a shot, and a ball comes rolling past you? Sometimes it’s a slow roller, but far too many times, it’s buzzing past you like a MiG fighter jet.

Depending on where you’re playing, you get the faint echo of “fore” from the distance. This gives you a fighting chance to avoid a solid bump on the forehead.

Unfortunately for this poor bastard, he didn’t have a fighting chance. While on the tee box, he gets snipped by someone’s ball, and it sounded painful.

That thud sounded every bit of painful as it looked. I hope the guy is ok, but thankfully for us, he had a friend recording his shot. I’ve come close to hitting someone before, and I always feel terrible.

Hopefully, the ball that hit him was a Pro V left dash because it likely left a dash on his forehead, and it would be worth it to have a free one of those.
