On Episode 24 of the Fitness for the Fairways, we sat down with the Founder of Do You Even Move (DYEM) Fitness, Jared Forestieri.

Jared, who’s also a Master Instructor for Stick Mobility, sat down with us to discuss how he utilizes different tools within his gym to elicit the results he wants amongst his athletes. As somebody who works with a variety of athletes as well as being an avid golfer, Jared has a firm grasp on sport-specific demands and how to ensure we’re minimizing the risk of injury through training while improving athleticism.
