On Episode 25 of the Fitness for the Fairways podcast we sat down with Andrew Hannon, a Strength & Conditioning coach at Premier Fitness Systems is Scottsdale, Arizona.

Andrew, who’s one of Golf Digest’s Top 50 Golf Fitness Trainers, sat down with us to discuss how his assessment dictates the way he coaches and programs for his golfers. By using concerts from the PRI, FRC, and DNS systems, Andrew is able to develop effective programs and recovery methods for his golfers to compete at their highest level.
