FRESH NEW STYLE: adidas Golf Launches CODECHAOS 22

adidas golf has been having nothing but success with its footwear lineups, particularly over the last few years with the introduction of CODECHAOS—a spikeless model that has consistently been rated at the top for comfort and performance. But adidas isn’t a brand that rests on its accomplishments.

Distinctive to the CODECHAOS model, adidas has completely refreshed the disruptive silhouette and outsole so that golfers can feel better connection and support with the ground throughout their swing.

adidas primarily focused on our unmistakable TWISTGRIP technology, which now expands across the heel and forefoot, but also goes higher on the sidewall wraps for improved grip and performance.

The upper has also been revamped to be a bold design aesthetic made with recycled materials, combining a multi-layer performance textile with a thin PU film, offering improved performance with stain resistance and a waterproof warranty. As with previous models, it will still feature adidas’ highly-praised, full-length BOOST cushioning technology for added comfort with every step.

“CODECHAOS truly disrupted the golf footwear market when we first introduced the franchise in 2020,” said Masun Denison, global footwear director, adidas Golf. “With this being the first all-new revamp, we challenged ourselves to build upon that disruptive mindset, so with CODECHAOS 22 we went even bolder in both aesthetics and performance technologies.”

adidas is also taking performance to another level by introducing a new BOA model as part of the CODECHAOS 22 lineup. To go with the disruptive and high-performance outsole, this BOA model features a new closure system with technical overlapping panels underneath a zipper shroud construction. The easy on-and-off construction will give golfers a customizable fit, provide enhanced support throughout the foot and offer a clean and premium aesthetic. It truly pushes the boundaries for both performance and style.

In accord with CODECHAOS’ nature to disrupt, adidas is launching it with some exclusive colorways, including a limited-edition gray, white and black colorway that will only be available in limited quantities on adidas.com, the adidas app and at select retailers starting June 24th.

We’ll also have unique silhouettes with special earth-tone colorways that will be exclusively available on adidas.com. Additional strong and versatile colorways will be available as part of adidas’ in-line options for the new footwear.
