How Many of These Terms for a Perfect Drive Are You Guilty of Saying?

We all love scrolling through Instagram videos for some light-hearted laughs, but sometimes a video will hit too close to home.

We’ve all pumped up a playing partner after a well-struck drive and perhaps even admired some of our own a bit too much.

Here are some of our favorites from this video:

“That ball was nuked.”

“You pummeled that 3-wood.”

“You picked that one clean.”

“Smoked it.”

“That dog’ll hunt.”

And one we’re all definitely guilty of:

“Yeah, I got a hold of that one.”

There are also some creative ones you can resolve to use in 2023 (with some help from the comments):

“First class to Mashville.”

“Are you using a driver or rocket launcher over there, Gene?”

“That was fully compressed.”

“Butternut squashed it.”

And, based on the comments, the favorite seems to be:

“That was a piss missile.”
