Jordan Spieth Falls Short of Tiger Woods’ Record; Bryson Hurt?
Jordan Spieth missed the 3-under cut at the Farmers Insurance Open after shooting 4 over par.
This missed cut brings an end to the longest active made cut streak on TOUR.
The longest active cuts made streak – 20 by Jordan Spieth – is likely to end this afternoon at Torrey Pines.
Spieth was just 122 away from tying Tiger’s record

Wait a second, did you see that? Spieth’s streak ended at 20 but he would’ve needed to make 122 more cuts just to tie Tiger’s record.
That is an absolutely insane record with how hard it is to make cuts and play well week in and week out.

That record proves once again that Tiger is the G.O.A.T.
But as for Spieth, reports came out that he had been in the hospital Wednesday night with stomach issues.
Jordan Spieth apparently went to the hospital last night with stomach issues?! And Bryson’s left hand is bothering him??
Vibes could not be worse in that group.

Hopefully he will be able to get some rest and get back to 100% so he is ready to get back playing ASAP.
But, Bryson’s wrist is still bothering him? That definitely is not a good sign especially with the turf out at Torrey being softer than what he practices on in Texas. One would think the softer turf would be easier on his wrist.

Bryson might just have to take 4-6 weeks off to insure that his wrist healthy before trying to play golf again. But with all the swinging and speed training he does, I don’t see him taking time off from hitting balls.
When do you think we will see Spieth and Bryson play again?
