JT, Fowler, and McIlroy Have Some Fun on Twitter
Justin Thomas is quickly becoming well-known for more than just his good shots, but for his reaction to the bad ones as well.
This past weekend at the WGC-Mexico Championship, he gave us yet another one of his signature follow-through club tosses. The difference this time was it was on the tee box and the club got a bit away from him, landing just inside the gallery.

The club toss naturally brought the wrath of the Golf Etiquette Police, including from those that speak into microphones. You know, the ones that want the Tour Pros to be more fun and emotional, just on their terms.
To Justin’s credit, he did tweet an apology…sort of.
Yes I’m an emotional player. It’s in my character and always has been, I’ll always have fire in me. Sorry to those offended by my actions

That’s what’s known as a non-apology, apology. But that’s where the real fun began as Rory McIlroy and Rickie Fowler decided to have some fun with it.
