That was good enough to put him on top of the leaderboard until some dude named Dustin Johnson decided he was going to take a crack at breaking the course record with what looked to be a 57/58 after 12th hole.

Scottie left the course as the top dog with an incredible round but it wasn’t shortly after did it look like he was going to be the second best player that day.

Did TPC Boston through a softball up for these guys to flex their muscles? If so, I’m digging it. Makes for exciting golf.   DJ ended up finishing with an amazing 60, which puts him in a comfortable spot heading into the weekend.

What do you say we shorten this bad boy up tomorrow and see some 55’s TPC Boston.  That would be pretty wild to see!

Ed started playing golf when he was 18. It started out as a hobby and something he liked to do but by 2014 it had turned into a full blown obsession. Since then Ed has committed himself to improving and learning more about the game. He doesn’t work in the golf industry, he’s not a teaching pro, he’s a guy who just loves the game and enjoys sharing his thoughts with others who share the same passion.
