We are back on location with Pinecrest Golf Club out in Huntley, IL. We came here in March just before the pandemic caused a nation wide shutdown. I had their Fish N’ Chips and I was blown away. What better way to get back to going on location then picking up where we left off?

We are out here @pinecrestgolf again! We just played 18 now we are about to go to town on their specialty Pizza! I can’t wait to share this one with you guys!!

Pinecrest has this new Pizza that they created during the pandemic. Their flatbread is a top seller but it didn’t travel well due to the thin crust. So what did they do? Chef Scott went the other direction with a pillowy focaccia style crust made to stand up to carry out travel or suck up the beer consumed during an 18 hole round with your buddies.

Ed started playing golf when he was 18. It started out as a hobby and something he liked to do but by 2014 it had turned into a full blown obsession.
