HOW GOOD COULD THIS FOOD BE? (CHICAGO GOLF SHOW)

No Description

Spring has nearly sprung and that means every single golfer is itching to get out and play. One way many of us kick off the new season is by heading to the local golf shows in and around our state. I couldn’t make it to the big show down in Orlando this year, but I did make it a point to go to the Chicago Golf show.

Chicago is a great golf market with courses all over the state and easy access to the sandy dunes of Wisconsin or the pure beauty of Michigan. That’s what makes the Chicago golf show such a great event to attend. There are representatives from dozens of golf destinations in the mid-west at this event and I spoke with every single one of them! A few even took the time to share with me (and you) all the things they offer at their destination.

Along with all the vendors and destination booths comes seminars from top teaching pros and some local celebrity athletes. After enjoying San Francisco 49er’s Kicker Robbie Gould discuss how his game has improved I sat down and enjoyed an hour of advice on how I can lower my handicap from top 40 under 40 teaching profession Kiel Alderink.

I was able to connect with longtime friend of Golficity Kiel after his seminar. I also had a chance to speak with former Chicago Bear long snapper Patrick Mannelly to discuss their food recommendations while on and off the course.

Ed started playing golf when he was 18. It started out as a hobby and something he liked to do but by 2014 it had turned into a full blown obsession. Since then Ed has committed himself to improving and learning more about the game. He doesn’t work in the golf industry, he’s not a teaching pro, he’s a guy who just loves the game and enjoys sharing his thoughts with others who share the same passion.
