Torrey Pines Tailgate – Homemade Jalapeno Chicken Burgers

No Description

PGA has started their 2020 season and made their regular return to Torrey Pines. I’ve never been to Torrey Pines or California for that matter. The closest I’ve ever come to California is putting an avocado on my BLT. But I want to take part in this event in my own way. I’m going tailgating at home with some Jalapeno Avocado Chicken Burgers.

Now let me set the table here (see what I did there). I am NOT a chef at all. I’m not quick at cooking anything but I get the job done. As you’ve seen, I just love food and golf and these two things blend together better than Phil and Bones in their prime.

I used a recipe by The Saucy Sitch to get this tailgate moving. I did a few things different from what the recipe called for. Check out the video because if I can do it, you can do it!

Ed started playing golf when he was 18. It started out as a hobby and something he liked to do but by 2014 it had turned into a full blown obsession. Since then Ed has committed himself to improving and learning more about the game. He doesn’t work in the golf industry, he’s not a teaching pro, he’s a guy who just loves the game and enjoys sharing his thoughts with others who share the same passion.
