NEWS: Jon Rahm Tests COVID-19 Positive Again, Will Not Play in Tokyo Games
Unbelievable news. Just hours after learning Bryson DeChambeau will no longer be representing Team USA in Tokyo, Spain is now down not only their best player, but the No. 1 golfer in the world.
As every golf fan knows, Jon Rahm finished up his final round at the Memorial a few months ago with a size-able lead going into Sunday. After putting out, Rahm exited the green only to be met by officials who told him he was COVID-19 positive and had to WD. He would recover, and win the US Open just weeks later.

Now with a chance to win a gold medal for his country, he tests positive again for the virus. Jon did mention he received the first dose of the vaccine during Memorial week, we are unsure however if he received the second.
We wish Rahm a quick recovery, and hope he’s back out there soon.
