Rain Or Shine Golf Named Best Place To Work In Charlotte, NC

All of a sudden we are in full fall golf season. Trust me I know this because the last round I played I had to bring out the unofficial”leaf rule”. This also means us players in colder climates are about to put our clubs into hibernation. Unless you have a simulator spot or your own golf simulator at home that is.

If you’ve ever wanted to turn your garage or basement onto your own golf lab, you should look at Rain or Shine for your home simulator needs.

There are a ton of websites and companies you can look at to make this dream a reality for you but what stands out to me about Rain or Shine is that their employees love working there. It’s a little thing but it says a lot.

A good company treats their employees right. This means that you’re going to get treated right too.

Recently the Charlotte Business Journal named Rain Or Shine one of the best places to work in all of Charlotte.

Ever since starting the business in 2016, co-founders Shawn Foley and Zach Vanderveldt have made it a priority to ensure all employees truly enjoy working for Rain or Shine Golf. F

rom the start, the two have invested in their employees by including great benefits, flexible hours and a fun golf simulator room for work breaks. If I lived in the area I’d apply to work here in a heartbeat.

Their website is full of deals and options. I love supporting smaller companies with great values. That’s why I’m already planning an upgrade for myself and you should too.

If you’ve used Rain Or Shine before, let us know your experience and share the love!

Ed started playing golf when he was 18. It started out as a hobby and something he liked to do but by 2014 it had turned into a full blown obsession. Since then Ed has committed himself to improving and learning more about the game. He doesn’t work in the golf industry, he’s not a teaching pro, he’s a guy who just loves the game and enjoys sharing his thoughts with others who share the same passion.
